Offensive subjects (elaborate): ...Not sure? Violence is pretty standard, I guess, because he's a comic book character who beats up bad guys. He was a kid on his own on the streets of Gotham, so he has a lot of knowledge of the less pretty side of how things work. Ping me if you have questions?

Hugging this character: Sure!
Kissing this character: Go for it, but you know, he's a kid, so...
Flirting with this character: He won't object, but it probably won't go very far as--he is a kid.
Fighting with this character: Sure! And happy to talk OOC about how we want it to go!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Plot it out with me and we'll see! Generally I prefer nothing too permanent
Killing this character: Definitely depends. Please ask.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure. He has no natural defenses.
Warnings: Um? Violence? Foul language? Parental Guidance recommended?
Opt-in/out: Tim does not have any special powers to be concerned over, but he is a potentially violent kid, and if that's not your jam, that is totally cool.
